Jane Hall came to our guild and taught foundation piecing. This is one on paper with a pattern, but I didn't do well with the finger pressing and had to use the iron to get the perfection everyone else getting.

This is a paper piece and I love it! I can do Y seams from sewing so many years. I'm so excited to learn this technique and make it look so good.

Did you notice I'm using new colors for me. Yes, I haven't done black and white, I didn't like them until Boo (yes great name) used them in another clinic and I thought I'll push myself again.

ReplyDeleteThey all look good to me. I have yet to do 'Y' seams. Glad you got to take the class. I enjoy paper piecing. And I always use the iron when paper piecing.
