Found it

I FOUND it.  The charger that is.  If it was a snake it would have bit me.  It was get this ...just where I left it the last time I used it... I thought I had looked there, but when I went tonight I was there.  YEAH charging now and you can see what I got in the mail on Monday.  I have a mission to look for color and pattern this weekend.  See you then!

Charger?

Oh where oh where can my camera charger be? Oh where oh where can it be? I have pictures to post, but my camera says I have no battery. Truth be told I knew it was running low. Now in which pile of stuff to file, pack, toss, donate could it be? You know what I'll be doing this weekend. Right hunting for my charger. Have a blessed weekend and I'll post my pictures on Monday.

Coffee

my wonderful husband made the most excellent coffee this morning with a hint of coconut. Yum He went with his sister Linda into a TJ Maxx and bought a bunch of different flavors to try. I know I'm spoiled rotten, but my coffee is just not the best.

Proposal

The story behind the proposal. It was Christmas eve day (Michael's favorite holiday) and my son (Ethan) and I drove down to Salem to celebrate with the Taylor's (Mike's sister's family). Michael and I went to Tokyo Express for sushi lunch. When we were done he said let's ride up to the Mill Mountain star. It was cold and snow was on the ground. We are looking at God's beautiful creation and he says to me that he has something more beautiful and I look down and there is an open ring box and he said Marry me? I say YES put it on. I kiss him and he says we have a lot to work out and I said yes, but not today. I of course call the key players on the phone on our drive back to Salem to celebrate with his family.

Goal and Love Birds

My goal for this New Year in my life is to blog daily during the week so here it goes. I’m so excited to be the recipient of the wonderful love birds quilts from Em. I found that out a few days ago to be honest. Yesterday was all about me day and that took over my blog. Well a day or so after I found out about the Love Bird quilt I had gone to my desk in the back where I work and found a box and do you know what the wrapping paper had on it? Yes love birds so I had to take pictures and God Winks continued. Well look at this box – it’s a surprise wedding gift. I’m to take it to China with me and open on November 1st. She has this gift all planned out. So my philosophy of stretching things out like my birthday or wedding is continuing. I take a late well wish and say oh it’s continuing. Look for the joy in life. So you know what I’ll be posting around November 1st the pictures of said gift. Have a fabulous weekend everybody.
